Rainbow Trout Fishing
Rainbow Trout are aptly named by the Rainbow that appears on both sides of the fish with a big red streak going down the side.
Most fish are in the 1-2 pound range but we do occasionally catch them up to 10 pounds. These fish can be taken by both conventional fishing equipment and by fly.
Pound for pound Rainbow Trout are one of the best fighting fish you can fish for. Just because you hook them doesn’t mean that you will get them to the boat as they do not come without putting up a real battle.

Rainbow Trout can be found through out most waters in Central Washington. They are scrappy fighters and excellent eating. These are great family fishing trips as the action can be non stop.
